Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
